Kit request form
Please use this form if you want to request kit. If you know the kit you want put the kit required and your child's measurements. The kit will then be ordered and Sue will contact you when it arrives. This may take several weeks so please try to order as early as possible. If you are not sure just raise a query and Sue will get back to you.
